Pre-punched layflat hoses are widely used in irrigation, water transfer, and construction fluid delivery applications. When not in operation, the hose remains completely flat, making it easier to store, transport, and handle in the field. The pre-punched outlet holes are already integrated along the hose length, allowing quick connection to fittings or branch pipes without additional drilling, helping users save time and improve installation efficiency. It delivers excellent pressure resistance, supports larger flow capacity with its wide diameter design, and provides stable, reliable water delivery across long irrigation runs.
The hose is manufactured using polyethylene composite braided fabric, and adopts a five-layer reinforced braided structure, offering superior durability, UV resistance, abrasion resistance, and algae resistance. This ensures long service life and dependable performance in demanding agricultural environments.
The pre-punched layflat hose eliminates the need for manual drilling and offers strong pressure resistance, making it highly suitable as a main water supply line for large farmland irrigation systems. It performs reliably under both high and low pressure conditions and can be used as the primary pipeline for drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation setups. Minimum Order & Sample Policy
- For standard hose diameters, the minimum order quantity is 5 rolls. For non-standard or special diameters, the minimum order is half a container.
- Free samples are available for testing. Samples are provided in standard diameters and standard hole spacing, while shipping costs should be borne by the customer. Custom hole spacing is generally available between 500 to 1500 mm, and other special spacing options can be discussed upon request.
- The hose can be equipped with integrated welded outlet fittings with 16 mm internal threads, making it compatible with 16 mm externally threaded tees, elbows, starter connectors, and end plugs, ensuring easy and secure installation.
