Drip tape has long been trusted by both large agricultural growers and small farm users for its reliability and efficiency. It offers an economical way to irrigate long, straight crop rows while ensuring even water distribution directly to plant roots. Depending on the application needs, drip tape can be installed on the soil surface, laid beneath mulch, or buried for subsurface irrigation.
Our continuous strip dripper drip tape consists of a PE hose embedded with a continuous labyrinth strip dripper. One side of the strip features comb-shaped and specially structured raised sections designed to support precise flow regulation and stable operation. The strip is bonded to the inner wall of the pipe to form both the main water channel and drip irrigation channel, while the unbonded section creates the inlet and outlet. The outlet is designed with a slit structure similar to a one-way valve. When negative pressure occurs inside the pipe, the outlet automatically closes, helping prevent crop roots or insects from entering and blocking the flow path. The spacing between flow channels can be adjusted through the strip pressing, allowing flexible control of drip spacing.
Between two outlets, a serrated turbulent flow channel design helps maintain stable and uniform water distribution, while all bonding points are molded as an integrated structure for enhanced durability and reliability.
