PE hose retrofitting machine for adding external outlet fittings onto hoses
This pre-installed outlet layflat hose making machine is designed for upgrading finished PE irrigation mainline hoses. Without reheating, melting, or cutting the hose, the installation line performs precise positioning, rapid hole punching, and secure fitting installation, stable connections to lateral lines through externally installed outlet components.

Mainline hoses originally used only for water transmission can be upgraded into irrigation pipelines with branch connections. This solution provides greater flexibility for agricultural fields, landscaping, and greenhouse irrigation while helping customers reduce upgrade costs and installation time. It represents an efficient and innovative approach to irrigation pipeline.

The external punching process with cold press assembly eliminates secondary melting and preserves the structural integrity of PE hoses, preventing strength loss and cracking while reducing scrap risk. - Fully automated operation with cost efficiency
Positioning, punching, assembly, and inspection are all controlled by PLC automation. One operator can run the line. Compared with manual processing (2-3m/min), production efficiency increases by 3-5 times, with a qualification rate of≥99.5%, significantly reducing labor and rework costs. - Flexible customization and wide compatibility
Supports PE mainline hoses with diameters from 50-200mm. Outlet spacing (0.5-5m) and connector specifications (20-50mm) are adjustable. Up to 100 parameter sets can be stored, enabling quick changeover without re-commissioning and supporting multi-batch production requirements. - Comprehensive support and scalable upgrades
In addition to the production line, outlet component customization, process training, and installation commissioning are available. The system supports modular upgrades, avoiding repeated investment and supporting long-term customer value.

Between 2024 and 2025, a customer in Chile expanded cooperation after purchasing an external outlet installation line for PE hoses and fitting molds, adding two highly automated flat dripper drip irrigation tape production lines to their manufacturing portfolio.
