Polyethylene pipe extrusion line for producing driplines with flat emitters
Flat dripper irrigation pipe is a widely used water-saving product in drip irrigation systems. Flat emitters with labyrinth flow paths are inlaid inside the plastic pipe at defined intervals, allowing water to flow through micro-channels and be delivered directly to the soil for crop irrigation. Through micro outlets, water is discharged slowly and uniformly near the root zone, ensuring efficient and controlled irrigation. Typically, flat drippers are inlaid into the inner wall of black PE hose, forming an integrated drip tape with reliable performance and long service life.
The production line is equipped with an injection molding unit for flat dripper manufacturing. Dripper length options include 27mm and 33mm, with common configurations ranging from 25-27mm.
Flat dripper irrigation pipe is suitable for flat terrain and short-distance irrigation scenarios, particularly for seasonal crops. It is widely applied in drip irrigation of agricultural crops such as cotton, as well as fruit, vegetables, trees, and flowers.
