  • The two-color striped blown film machine is designed for manufacturing PE films with two-color or multi-color stripe patterns. Its core advantage lies in color formation without printing, which simplifies the colored film production process and eliminates printing-related steps.

    The striped blown film machine supports processing of LDPE and HDPE materials. By using two extruders in combination with a specially designed die head, clear and consistent color stripes are formed directly during extrusion, meeting diverse visual and functional requirements. The produced films are widely used in consumer packaging and industrial protection applications, offering stable mechanical performance and enhanced visual appearance while reducing printing costs and improving overall packaging value.

    A torque motor-driven winder equipped with 0.1% accuracy tension sensors enables constant-tension winding with a maximum coil diameter of ≤500mm, while allowing fast reel changeover.

    A PLC with a 10-inch touchscreen integrates dual-extruder synchronized control, temperature monitoring, and fault alarm functions with a response time of ≤1 second, enabling fully automated operation throughout the process.
