    The monolayer PVC blown film machine is a specialized solution for efficient production of high-quality PVC films. Based on a high-efficiency extrusion system and precision forming technology, the equipment is well suited for packaging, agricultural, and industrial applications.

    Through coordinated operation of the screw and barrel, raw materials are rapidly plasticized. Combined with a precision die head and high-performance air ring, the system ensures stable film bubble formation, uniform film thickness, and consistent mechanical performance.

    The production line features a high level of automation and can be operated by 1-2 operators, significantly reducing labor costs. It supports production of PVC films with widths of 1200-1400mm and is widely used for packaging films, agricultural covering films, and industrial protective films. With optimized energy management, the system delivers an overall energy saving of approximately 15%, providing a stable and cost-effective production solution.
