The monolayer PVC blown film machine is a specialized solution for efficient production of high-quality PVC films. Based on a high-efficiency extrusion system and precision forming technology, the equipment is well suited for packaging, agricultural, and industrial applications.
Through coordinated operation of the screw and barrel, raw materials are rapidly plasticized. Combined with a precision die head and high-performance air ring, the system ensures stable film bubble formation, uniform film thickness, and consistent mechanical performance.
The production line features a high level of automation and can be operated by 1-2 operators, significantly reducing labor costs. It supports production of PVC films with widths of 1200-1400mm and is widely used for packaging films, agricultural covering films, and industrial protective films. With optimized energy management, the system delivers an overall energy saving of approximately 15%, providing a stable and cost-effective production solution.

Raw material handling system
A material mixing unit and automatic feeding system mix PVC resin powder with additives and deliver materials accurately, ensuring stable formulation.
High-efficiency extrusion system
A 100mm screw with an L/D ratio of 28:1, combined with a barrel, 55kW drive motor, and 32kW barrel heaters, enables rapid plasticization and stable extrusion.
Precision forming system
A Ø120mm precision die head equipped with 2kW heaters, together with a high-quality air ring, inflates the melt into a stable film bubble and ensures consistent forming quality.
Haul-off and flattening system
Haul-off rollers with widths of 1200 / 1600mm and adjustable speeds of 0-60m/min, combined with a flattening unit, ensure smooth film transport and thickness uniformity.
Winding system
A winding unit equipped with a tension monitoring module winds the film evenly into rolls with clean and stable edges.
Electrical control system
A PLC and touchscreen interface integrate full-process parameter control and monitoring, enabling automated and reliable operation.
